How much do you charge for shipping?
All orders over $199 are shipped for free. If your order is under $199 before tax and after discounts, there is a flat shipping rate of $10.00.
What is your shipping method?
Standard shipping by courier and Canada Post, depending on location.
Does the purchase of an eGift Card count towards the minimum spend for free shipping?
Because an eGift Card doesn’t have to be shipped (we email it right to you), it’s not included in the $199+ free shipping promotion.
I just bought an eGift Card. Now what?
After you make your purchase, your eGift Card will be sent to the email address you specified. All you have to do is forward the email with your eGift Card to the recipient, and they can spend it however they’d like.
Someone sent me an eGift Card. How do I use it?
Click the View Your eGift Card button in your email and copy and paste your code into the Promo section when you check out.

Returns
What is your return policy?
If your package isn’t what you expected – don’t worry, it happens to the best of us – you can return it for a full refund (minus the shipping cost) within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, products must be new, unworn and with original packaging and tags.

Can I cancel an order?
Contact us by email hello@modernenglishshop.com during business hours before receiving your shipment confirmation email and our customer service team will be happy to help you. Please note, once your confirmation email is sent, your package will be on the way and we will be unable to cancel it.
Why has my refund not come through yet?
Your refund will be deposited using the same payment method you used, minus any shipping charges, and you’ll receive email confirmation of the refund from our customer service team. Please allow an extra 2-5 business days for credit card or bank return processing, because that stuff just takes longer. We appreciate your patience.
Can I return products I bought elsewhere by mail?
Unfortunately, we are currently only accepting returns of items that were originally purchased on https://modernenglishshop.com
Can I return an eGift Card?
Modern English eGift Cards are non-refundable.
